Two TÊTE-À-TÊTE events participate in the “2015 Kilogram of Culture” award voting

Voting for Latvian Television and Latvian Radio’s annual award “2015 Kilogram of Culture” takes place from 18-28 January, with the participation of two events from Boris and Ināra Teterev’s arts programme TÊTE-À-TÊTE 2015: the production "Brodsky/Baryshnikov” and the exhibition "A Bigger Peace. A Smaller Peace".

We invite you to vote for candidates nominated for the “2015 Kilogram of Culture” award here.

Taking part in the vote are the winners from all four votes held in 2015 in the following categories: theatre, music, visual art, literature, cinema, surprise of the year and event of the year. Among those aspiring to receive the award in the “Theatre” category is director Alvis Hermanis’ production "Brodsky/ Baryshnikov" (New Riga Theatre). In turn, the Latvian contemporary art exhibition, "A Bigger Peace. A Smaller Peace" (which took place at the Railway History Museum) is a candidate in the “Visual Art” category.

Both events were organized under the auspices of the arts programme TÊTE-Á-TÊTE 2015, which took place from 11 September to 30 October, offering the public a series of contemporary cultural events on a European scale.
